What Is the P-shot?
The Priapus Shot uses a patient’s own blood platelets and stem cells to improve penile function. The P-Shot procedure is a fast, painless injection intended for men who have lost function due to an enlarged prostate, prostate cancer, drug side effects, conditions such as diabetes, or the after-effects from surgery.

How Does the P-shot Work?
The P-Shot is based around the healing power of human blood platelets, which are responsible for wound healing and tissue regeneration after injury. For the P-Shot, we take those platelets and concentrate them to form a powerful, enhancing injection.
We start by taking a small sample of your blood. The blood is placed in a centrifuge that separates out the platelets, stem cells, plasma, and white blood cells, but removes the red blood cells. What is left is super-concentrated platelet-rich plasma (PRP) that has extensive healing and regeneration capabilities.
We apply local anesthetic to your penis, and then inject the PRP into the various parts of your penis that are critical to sexual arousal and erectile function. The entire process takes around 30 minutes.
After you receive the P-Shot, you then use a provided vacuum pump device to stretch the tissues of your penis. This pumping action stimulates the PRP and other ingredients in the P-Shot to initiate the regenerative process, and it can help increase girth and length.
